This house blew me away! So very beautiful! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it still looks like the real home that it is, retaining its elegance, charm, and character. Unlike the majority of the established homes I see online today, that have been completely remodeled and painted all white, making them cold and clinical, almost ugly at times. With those homes, all I do is sit here and wonder how lovely they used to be, before the investors/house flippers ruined them. Thank you for a wonderful tour of this extraordinary home! :)

What a beautiful home and the scenery is spectacular! I can't afford to live here but, if I could, I would need the elevator. I must have blinked as I didn't see a fridge in the handicap accessible suite-did I miss it? Thank you. It's fun to dream. P.s. I would have the larger exercise room turned into a library and the smaller one turned to a music room, complete with grand piano. Again, just dreaming.

Love the house! Just a tip, you do not need to mention everything you see. I could see that the fountain had flowers all the way around and that pebbles were present. I could see the lights above the pool table. For radio, you nailed it! For a visual medium it was not required...and even a little annoying if I'm going to be honest. I say all that to say, I know you can and will improve, and will blow us all out of the water in future. Cheers!

@@jh34yusajourney88 I would go with the areas that are growing the fastest, and also have plans and land available to continue to grow. I would say Lake Nona is one area, even going south into St Cloud as they are building a huge community called Sunbridge to the East. We are seeing a lot of people buying new homes in the 55+ community there. The other area is the Clermont to Groveland area. Have some hills there, so that is a little different than most of Florida, and they have lots of land and development going on in that area also.

My fiancé has been correcting my pronouncing of words for years (she is a speech language pathologist), but I am just terrible at pronunciations....much better at math... In Denver, Austin or California, that price would be well over $10MIL. What a gorgeous, stunning home; from the outside, to the wonderful murals on the walls in the entranceway, luxuriousness follows throughout the whole house. If a person wasn't in shape when they bought the home, it wouldn't be long before they are in physically good shape just from all the walking from one end to the other. Hahaha! If I would purchase the home, it would need to come with all the furniture on display. The interior designer was impeccable in their decisions for each room.

Kudos to developer Bobby Alvarez. Such a beautiful masion. The guide does a fine job. However, he keeps saying faux paintings rather than fresco paintings, which they are. Faux paintings are fake marble or fake leather on walls. There was another term he erred on, but I can't remember what it was.

I’ve heard about the mosquitoes what about the mosquitoes are they many and when are their season so I can stay inside that’s a great house worth every penny here in here in Newport Beach California baby that would be 12 million or more but we have no bugs no mosquitoes
There are different options for mosquitoes. In homes like these they usually install a natural spray system that sprays the area with a substance like citronella that keeps the bugs away. Its usually fine, but at certain times of the year you do need some type of system for the bugs. I love everything about the mansion, detailing is perfect. The only thing I don't like is the DAM controlled lake.I,m not sure about that one .

It is absolutely the Yabba Dabba Dooo, the Cat's Meow, the fanfornicatingtastic beautiful abode. However, the overriding question is not why would I not want to live in this magnificent residence, but why would I want to live in this magnificent castle here? This is a lovely bucolic location, but it is in the middle of nowhere. No one in his or her right mind is going to swim or water ski in that lake, unless one is suicidal or needs to send one's spouse out there in order to inherit the other half of the estate. And from someone who knows, do not walk your cherished little pooch along the shoreline. Residual dinosaurs will ruin both your puppy's and your day. What are you going to do here? If there is a happy neighborhood society, ready to invite the newcomer to the ongoing backyard barbecues, great! But such enticement should be mentioned in the presentation.
Anyway, MAGNIFICENT house. No doubt about that.

Cows kill more people than gators :). Coming from a country that had no gators, and being worried about them when I moved here, there is nothing to worry about, just don't go swimming in creeks and you will be fine, they are more scared of us than we are of them.
