And I can tell
you... Boca absolutely has it's ugly side too. He drove down the most beautiful streets. And avoided others.
MOST streets here look like they could be in any city in Florida. Or any other southern state.
And all of these positive things he mentions come at a price. A hefty price, far and away from most families budgets.
Yes, it was tough to avoid all the ugly streets in Boca, I almost didn't survive and was lucky to make it out alive. Boca is expensive, we agree can agree on that. Let me know if you need anything Gregory, thanks for commenting!
Which streets specifically? Dixie highway is blighted in all of South Florida, but Dixie in Boca is substantially better than Deerfield or Pompano. Yeah, Boca isn't perfect, but even the "ugly" areas are super safe.
It's a pretty simple equation: $ + extra security = a safer town.

Hi Leo, thanks for watching the video. I'll keep my ears open and let you know if I hear anything. Check the classifieds and anywhere online where they advertise rentals. A lot of Landlords don't use realtors and advertise on their own...good luck.
Honestly I like Boca Raton because I'm a snowbird from Uniondale, Long Island.i moved to a place called Century Village in West Palm Beach. I wish I had bought in Boca Raton because its sunny and bright in the winter when I'm down there.

Hello Mr. Zeoli I am look to move to Boca Raton in two weeks from Memphis. I have some concerns i would like to ask. I have two Charges from 12years ago Misdemeanor & 1st offender plead haven't been in and kind trouble after that. What that Disqualified me renting in Boca Raton???
Hi William, That wouldn't neccesarily disqualify you. You would most likely have to fill out a rental application for the owner/landlord or an association if one is involved and they would make that determination. All the best!!
Hurricanes, humid weather, bugs, high cost of living as bad as CA and NY and Hawaii now.
It is only nice a few months out of the year in winter then miserable in summer and spring. California has better weather and now Florida cost as much to buy a home.

I lived there for 20 years in an exclusive country club gated community when Boca was a Mediterranean/ Riviera upscale city. Now! I can give you 20 reasons. It's just so common and ordinary now. Like they are trying too hard. Sad really. Like you replaced a rare diamond with a CZ

I lived in Boca Raton from 1970 to 1978 when I moved to funky Delray until 1980. Who remembers the Keg? Their was so much empty land and No condos on the ocean. You could feel the breeze out West which was cattle land. If I was wealthy Boca would be the LAST PLACE ON EARTH I would live. I'm in Heaven in Reno Nevada. South Florida is cold hateful and great Boca is surrounded by Professional Criminals.

Very raises neighbors I am. mexican have nice home pool garden my neighbor put angry signs about me be mexican my home is more $$$$. Others' side is a Colombian person have a boat she also angry at her 😅 😮 too
