With all this craziness going on here with the election. I feels good to see someone living their dream of unmitigated freedom, while enjoying nature, connecting with themselves and being happy. Thanks brother for sharing that with us.
Yes with this Covid and this election I’m happy I’m in the desert isolated. Just living a simple life having total freedom and the most important is being happy.
Glad you're still doing well and the Jeep is OK. Caught up on your adventures the last few months. What gorgeous scenery. Hello from another NJ native.
I’m glad you are enjoying my videos. Good old New Jersey, I have to say I am not missing it. The jeep is doing real good, hopefully it can get me to Alaska next year.
I lived in Bluff about 20 years ago and John's canyon was our favorite place in the 4 corners. It is truly magical! We are returning in April and hoping to head down there to John's Canyon to camp.
Hi Cool John ! This video is the top one for showing how much you can appreciate the simplest things in life. As mentionned before, that's your trade mark and from many of the past comments, you are making a lot of people jealous in a good way. Everything is relaxing !!!!!!!! Can't wait to do the same. Enjoy every minute my friend
Thanks I appreciate it I guess that is my trademark. I enjoy every minute of every day. If I didn’t enjoy the simple things I probably would never be happy.
Enjoyed your comment while driving in John Canyon, about not knowing what the condition of road was up ahead. I was on that road many years ago (in the '90s) and about a half mile past the metal gate, the road was utterly washed out. Easily a 15 foot vertical cut right through the road. Enjoy your adventures.
Well, that is what overlanding really is. If you drive down the road that a lot of people been on and you have all the beta about the road then you’re not over landing you’re just doing a trail.
@@overthehillandoverthemount2925 I mean that makes sense....I thought they were more modern looking. But that totally makes sense. Keep on keeping on my man. Always a pleasure watching your journey. Looking forward to the next. (And some cooking)
Not to worry I have a CB radio and I have an inreach satellite communicator. That’s all part of being a good Overlandor. When I’m fly fishing small streams in the backwoods of Montana by my self I always have my inreach With me and bear spray.
Recently stumbled upon your channel, you are an inspiration I must say.
This is American freedom.
Welcome aboard my channel. It’s all about freedom and living the dream.
You're in heaven already. Wish I can do all that. New subscriber here. Keep up the videos

The area is desolate but beautiful. Thanks for sharing and enjoy the brewskis.
The landscape there is just stunning and beautiful. I am always enjoying my beer.
Headed there in a few weeks, thanks
That’s awesome. There is a lot of amazing scenery there you will love it.
Awesome video ⭐️ Have a beer 🍺 for us here in Nashville Tn😁
Sounds good and tomorrow I’ll have another beer for Nashville again.

@@overthehillandoverthemount2925 oh yes sorry , m eyes 👀
I see those trails dead end, I would hate to be stuck back there. Thanks for posting!
The trail did not have a dead end just a very long drive. Now I’m kicking myself in the ass for not doing the whole trail by myself.
Hi John, I looked on Google Maps and to me it appears those trails dead end. You may want to check that.
Gorgeous views John. What a beautiful place. Dusty but beautiful 😁. Just out of curiosity.... what is the purpose of those fences?
Hey Steve most of the time the fence is there to keep Cattle in. So I guess at one time a rancher had their cows there.

Great videos.. no invite?
Are you ok?
Hey John, nothing from you for 4 months, are you ok buddy?
Hey William I am doing OK just kind of taking a break. I should be back up to Montana pretty soon.
Glad to hear John, was worried when things ended abruptly.
Have you thought about a cb radio or maybe a satellite phone in case of an emergency? That has always worried me about wandering off the beaten path

Huggies?!
It's cool, not quite cool enough to get the name of Muley Point right, but still pretty cool🙄
Sorry, but I got dyslexia, so I have a hard time dealing with words. That place was amazing and very scenic.
