So do I take the glutathione and vitamin c together at night or do I take the vitamin c during the day and the glutathione at night?
@@Tiffanyrouse u can take both at night. the reason why i take vit c in the morning coz I seem to get so energized when I take it then i have trouble sleeping but if u have no problem in this department then ur good to go

I am using this and i didn't get any side effects nor I didn't see any results .... I used this to lighten my skin i guess this is not for that purpose

Hi glutathione supplements need to be taken with other glutathione precursor and vitamin C to see effect and u need to have a good skincare regimen also and good sunscreen. Also please avoid sun exposure.
I did not notice any side effects with this but individual results can vary please listen to ur body and consult your doctor when in doubt.

I think it depends on your skin tone. With mine it took 2 weeks and I was a shade lighter.

its 2 weeks now am taking this glutathione.i can see difference on my skin.but it gives me rash.i take 2 morning b4 breakfast and 2 at bedtime.i really like now glutathione.what to do? reduce the dosage or what??
Dear it’s good that u like it. But this glutathione is 500 mg and you are only supposed to take 1 capsule a day. 4 capsules a day is too much. Please reduce your dosage. The rash is an indication that your body is not reacting well to the supplement. It’s too much.

Yes please follow the dosage and if the itching does not stop please discontinue using the product.

Hello, how many tablets would you recommend to take per day? I saw a vedik where the woman was having 6 tablets and I feel that's to much...
Honestly I would just take 1 and follow the dosage. Maybe 2 the most if u don’t notice abnormalities in your body.

Hi sis what supplement is that? I haven't heard of it. If it's natural yes u can take it with glutathione. Better to take gluta before going to sleep on an empty stomach sis if it's ok with ur body please watch my other video how to take glutathione properly

I think u can stop taking it once u have achieved your desired results but u may have to take it again once ur skin reverts back to normal and yes it is definitely to take it with collagen.
