@@jaimenazaryan860 I haven’t tried any glutathione from the Philippines. I am planning to try. I hope they are safe. NOW glutathione is very safe. It is made in the US and is sold by iHerb. iHerb makes sure that it only sells safe products and these brands also follow good manufacturing practices. So, yes NOW is effective and safe.

Unfortunately 250 mg is more expensive than 500 mg. (at least in Brazil)
In Japan it’s the same way. The NOW glutathione 250 mg skin brightener with ceramosides is more expensive than the 500 mg NOW glutathione with milk thistle and alpha lipolic acid. I really want to ask the company why this is. I also want to request for them to have 500 mg for the white version. Obrigada from Japan!

They are both the same. Only the dosage is different.

i tried the Now Glutathione way back in 2010-2011, and i can say that oral glutathione or PILL form makes u lose weight alot, not much of whitening. The reason behind is that oral pills are metabolize in the liver and the ones that goes thru your veins(injection) is the one that can whiten though i havent done the injection but that is the rationale
yes this is true coz glutathione helps build muscles but some glutathione now have many ingredients that can lead to increase in appetite as for me I can notice the lightening effects of glutathione

How many shades Will Now glutathione make me lighter in a span of 3 months? I'm medium to fair in complexion with a yellow undertone. Will it change the undertone too? Are the results permanent? Please reply!
Hi dear individual results will vary but if you are already lighter I would say 2 shades lighter. I am not sure if it will change the undertone because I also have a yellow undertone and I tend to get yellow in color if I keep taking glutathione. I think the results can remain permanent if u don’t expose yourself to the sunlight and if you put sunscreen everyday.

@@iilydaa u do need to take gluta with other supplements but I think Jarrow is the most effective among reduced glutathione

Hi lovely. Thank you for the information. I want to start taking this I just bought a bottle from a different company than the one you recommended and I would like to know if I should still take my multivitamin if I’m taking this? the one I’m taking has lemon, licorice, bare berry armla and some thing else in it but I already take alpha laphoic acid. I have a very busy schedule and I need all the energy and help I can get. Glutathione keeps me fresh even with my insane schedule. It also helps me manage my stress.
