I can relate way back younger dayd when we don't care much of our skin so long as we have fun playing under the sun but as we get into maturity it's good to also take care of ourselfves esp our skin.

Is it really necessary to take vitamin c after taking a glutathione pill? Could I replace the vitamin C pill with water with the juice of two lemons? Or do you think there is no big difference?
Vitamin C makes the glutathione more effective. For me I just squeeze some lemons 🍋 and that’s my vitamin C no need to take the oral supplementation if u are drinking lemon water

Ur welcome. I started taking glutathione caps 4 years ago. I am now taking iHerb's glutathione California Gold Nutrition glutathione 500 mg. I like it. No side effects and it gives my skin that glow. Just be very careful of the quality of the glutathione supplement you take. For vitamin C I sometimes take NOW vitamin C. I like NOW products.

Will glutothaine remove lip darkness and make glass skin? And if i stop taking pills will my normal colour come back?
I think glutathione will give you an even skin tone. It does not really revert your original skin color as long as you take care of your skin
