So on point,..if the regulator is so interested in quick ban of products ,..then after banning everything what then will be left for regulation,... Moreover these companies generates billions to the government as value added taxes ,.. currently our economy needs processing that will increase government earnings and not reduces it,... most importantly the economic impact on the lives of the thousands of families earning a living from these companies,...like the MAN president asserted ,....due to our current economic realities disposable income of most households is shrinking due to galloping inflation in the economy,....NAFDAC should reverse these ban and continue to work with these companies to promote responsible drinking.✌️

Yes. Cos it's all these companies that are employing Nigerians.. Why is it that when the present Govt is yet to improve the standard of living, it's Ban this ban that they are doing and making people more poorer in the harsh economy caused by olobuku Tinubu..

I beg make una leave them alone o Jare. If we can't provide new jobs how do you think by banning this company products which will cause 500,000 people to loose their jobs will help their health. That one no be Naija problem make NAfdac go look for better things to do.

Its over 10m people would be affected directly and indirectly its a long value chain distributors, sub-distributors, whole, wholesalers, retailers feed there families from the business and they employ alot of people such as store keepers, security, loaders, drivers, sales personal etc. before those directly employed by the companies etc. Increasing unemployment rate by at least 5.5 million and causing over 10m people to be hungry government should think again.

    This is criminal!
Unrestricted alcohol consumption is in same category as illicit drugs consumption.
We have people dying from liver problems and driving under the influence of alcohol in Nigeria.
So, because of profit from unrestricted alcohol sales we should destroy the country?!
Why are you giving audience to someone supporting continued indiscriminate unrestricted sales of alcohol in Nigeria?!!!
Please let us know that GOOD country where such nonsense is allowed?
We keep saying we want Nigeria to be like all these developed countries; name one of such country allowing unrestricted sale of alcohol.
If you like, increase the number to 50 million jobs loses; liar!
