1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 ½ cups plain rice flour
½ cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
4 whole eggs
¼ cup melted butter
¼ tsp. salt
2 tbsps. baking powder
2 tsps. yeast
1 cup grated cheese
Topping:
Salted eggs
Melted butter
Sugar
Grated Queso de bola
Makes 8 pcs 5” mamon mold size Bibingkas
Bake po at 400F oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Merry Christmas po. Love you all 😘

It's really the best bibingka from Chef RV..We were at his bakeshop last Friday Dec 15..we bought the classic bibingka. And Ube bibingka..it was heavenly delicious..it was not too sweet and the classic had sprinkle of queso de bola and the ube bibingka had real toppings of ube halaya.I also bought slices of chocolate cake..pistachio sansrival and a box of pianono with caramel filling..All were delicious..❤..we will be coming back for more.

Nag order ako ng bibingka galapong, 2 box (8pcs per box) pampasalubong to a friend from Valenzuela city. Mula nang matikman ang bibingka ni chef RV, ito na ang request na pasalubong instead of puto Biñan.
At siyempre, panghanda na rin sa aming christmas celebration sa aming church.

Hi Chef RV - just recently subscribed (2 days ago). What I really appreciate is your explanations on why things are done; e.g. - folding techniques, sifting 3x ( I watched the mamon & Yema cake). I hate baking or I have not baked yet but you make it very enticing and easy ‘though I have yet to venture into actually doing it. Another thing, you make alternative ingredient suggestions. The coolest part as well is that you make either cooking or baking looked so easy to do and not taxing. More power to you!

Ganitong ganito rin kung magluto sila tuwing Pasko sa babahan ng simbahan sa Sta Maria, Ilocos Sur. Nakalinya noong early 80s ang mga nagtitinda nyan. Kahit na hirap na hirap akong gumising para sa simbang gabi pero dahil may bibingka at chokolate pagkatapos ng simba, gumagayak ako hejehe. Nowadays, wala na ang mga nagtitinda doon.
Ang nagpasarap yun inihalo na ang cheese sa galapong mix….yun ang secreto sa sarap…..galing ni chef very generous sa knowlege nya at naise share nya maski business secret..
