- EASY BIBINGKA
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour OR plain rice flour (not glutinous)
2 tablespoons baking powder
½ cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 1/4 cups coconut milk
4 whole eggs
¼ cup melted butter
½ teaspoon of salt
1-2 cups grated processed cheese
4 pcs salted egg sliced, for topping
1 cup easy melt cheese, for topping
Prepare: 8 pcs Bibingka moulds lined with toasted banana leaves
Oven: 400 F ---- Baking time: 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
TIP: Make sure your Baking Powder is freshly-opened. Do not use baking powder that has been sitting in your pantry for more than a month or two.

Nagawa ko na po with Rice flour! Ang sarrap. Pwede lutuin sa air fryer. Cover muna with foil para di masunog. Tapos remove foil sa last 5 mins. ng baking time para mag brown and maluto yung gitna. Salamat po Chef. Pinaligaya nio ang isang OFW ngayong holidays.
Masyadong matigas if Rice flour lang and magiging parang cassava cake naman if puro glutinous. Nag trial and error na rin ako ng recipes and for me eto yung perfect combinations.
1 cup glutinous rice flour + 3tbsp
½ cup ng + 3tbsp rice flour
½ All purpose flour
1 cup fresh milk
1 cup water
3 eggs
2 tbsp baking powder.
¾ cup white sugar or less depende sa tamis
I've used baking tin. 18-20 pcs.
Super sarap ng kinalabasan. Medyo makunat siya dahil sa glutinous rice flour pero fluffy dahil sa rice flour at APF. So super sakto lang like bibingkinitan na natikman ko. 😊

Napaka informative. Before ang gusto ko ay yung mga straight to the point na tutorials. Pero dito ky Chef Rv ang dami kong natututunan. Ni hindi ko nalaman kung bakit di umaaalsa yung banana cake ko sa mga pinanood kong videos sa iba until inexplain ni Chef Rv. Salamat po.

Chef RV, tuloy na ang Bagong Taon namin dito sa Vancouver, Canada. Dahil yan sa bibingka recipe mo na super easy to follow. Same recipe yielded 3 round 8 inch pans which I lined with banana leaf frozen then heated as you instructed. My family is soo happy! May 2021 bring us Peace, Joy and Miracles. And of course more recipes from you!
i tried this today, i think i will go for 1 cup of sugar. 1/2 cup seems bland and the saltiness from the egg and cheese is overpowering. I still like it, thank you chef!
