So glad you got a chance to hear them, Lead singer is John Cooper and the drummer is Jen Ledger. The rhythm guitar and keys are played by John's wife Kory Cooper. Lead Guitar is Seth.
They rock hard but always have a positive message. It's funny everyone loves Jen! Their concerts are awesome. Hope you can do Legendary or The Resistance. Keep up the variety of reactions Adogg you will be at 100k in no time. Nice job!

They’ve been around since 1996, and their sound has changed with each album. They’ve evolved a lot, but they’ve always held onto their Christian roots. Thing is, is they’ve also amassed a large secular following, in part because most of their lyrics can be interpreted multiple ways (not just a religious interpretation), but also because they’re just. that. good.

I have been a fan of this group since Invincible in 2000 back when they were more of a industrial Hard Rock group, I love how they have become a big band and played on secular radio stations and performing with non christian bands but they never stopped showing their faith and always having a heavy sound but positive message.
Skillet, over 25 years they’ve been rocking. So much music to check out, so little time.

Skillet's first album came out in '96. I discovered them in '06, they've been my favorite ever since. Love everything they've done.

John Cooper is the lead singer and Bassist. Kori on guitar ad keys is his wife. Seth is the lead guitarist. Jen Ledger is on drums. All of them are very talented. Jen is British and a new American citizen. She was only 17 when she started drumming for the band. Their latest song is Surviving the Game. Edit: didn't see that @Roldy already posted the band members until I posted.
Skillet has actually been around for 25 years and has a very long résumé. They have a number of hits and they just keep cranking them out. Their latest which is definitely worth a listen is Surviving The Game. Older songs are quite numerous but include awake and alive, rebirthing, monster, hero, collide, and many others.

Since I first started listening to them in 2010, Skillet has become one of my all-time favorite rock bands, period. They rock hard without sacrificing their faithful message, and we need more of that in the world today.

Hey you should check out live skillet at Pinkpop 2016!! Its crazy how good they are in concert! A+ in my book!!
I can suggest a live performance at pinkpop 2016. Yeah, it's a lot of time passed, but still it's a good sound quality and you can get a lot of energy from their set. Also video has sections for each song, so it's not hard to find what you wanted

I really like the woman drummer and her background vocals... setss them apart with an unique sound. The woman who rocks the guitar is married to the singer. I have seen them 5 times. Check out the song Monster.

Dont let the basic drum beat hide this, but jen ledger the drummer is an amazing progressive metal drummer, she sings with perfect pitch live while going hard on drums, btw this song was more pop-rock, they are diverse in genres, but priamrlity stick to hard rock
