No, her real name was Althea Rae Janairo and she attended Sacred Hearts Academy (Honolulu). The only connection to Kamehameha is the 2002 animated Disney movie "Lilo & Stitch" -- Tia was the voice of Nani and sang the song "Aloha O`e." The Kamehameha Schools Children's Chorus also performed songs on the soundtrack, but not with Tia.
