@@sebastianlee6695 All of the Tiger models had issues with the tank being too heavy for its drive train. The tanks were also never designed to be driven long distances as the Tigers were supposed to be assault tanks to take out the front line and then have the faster Panthers exploit the hole.
All German tanks were painful to maintain, while you could change the transmission on a Sherman in an afternoon, a Tiger too five days as the entire tank had to be gutted to get to it. Spares were very rare too as they made one spare transmission for every five tanks.

The first part came out last year and the second part is coming out sometime this year.

One of the more difficult decisions I have ever made is how I pronounced OC Gangsta's name. Saying Gangsta felt so "hello fellow kids", but "Gangster" is technically wrong. After many nights of lost sleep, I went with the full "Gangster" pronunciation. Only history will tell if that was the morally correct choice.

I had a French friend who's great grand-father fought in the war. He was a commando who blew up bridges to stop the Panzerdivisons from crossing the rivers. He was eventually captured and sent to work in a POW camp. I lost touch with him, but I would love to send him the tank ambush scene from Das Finale.

Oh, Potential. About the French girls fighting each other, it also references how disjointed the French government was before the start of WW2. They weren't really open to each other's opinions, negotations, etc and constantly argue.
(I believe this is why)
I think it's also a reference to the French Revolution but yeah that could be both. ^-^
It probably represents the Vichy French vs the Free French in WWII. (Where Free French soldiers would literally execute surrendering Vichy soldiers on the spot)

You're not far away from it, but here's a quick rundown:
- France was shaken by infighting basically all the time (see History Matters' video on France in WW2 France and Vichy France about that)
- It was very often broken into parties and camps, which also had violent movements
- It was very very prone to revolutions, just a reminder because people (especially americans) often forget, but France had 3 revolutions, 4 empires or dictatorships, 3 republics, 4 kingdoms between 1789 and 1870 only
- It had, as the prior points implied, a very large communist support which was ready for violent revoultion
It's for example a well known fact in nationalist circles in France that commies in factories were actively sabotaging military equipment after Stalin allied with Hitler.
Infighting has been part of this country for 200 years.
It's a reference to the modern times really, the fight between French rightists and immigrants

Just a bit of background on Marie's FT. Yes, there are 3 of them in there. In the next episode (no spoilers dw for those who haven't seen it yet), it is shown as Marie and her crew disembark to have a cake picnic, and the scene shows that there's 3 of them having said picnic.
Furthermore, Marie is never seen buttoning up in her FT. So yeah, more proof. And on another note, the commanders of BC Freedom almost never button up as well which is particularly depicted in the closing parts of their match with Ooarai. So yeah, just a little detail out there for everybody :3

I don't think France is made of cowards. I just think France is made up of people who don't know what they want. The revolutions alone are annoying to keep straight in my head. Then we have mass desertion of French Troops in WW1, French army elements who switch to fighting for the Nazis ( Vichy French) French troops who fight for the Allies ( Free French) . And than French resistance fighters who sell out Jewish families and French Government secrets to save their own hides. Then there's Southeast Asia and the messes France made there. I mean I don't get the French, is it like some cultural thing to not know what side they are on, to not know if they even want to fight, to fighting everything and everyone . Hell least the Americans decided long ago on a role and stuck to it.
