Hello, for other fees, you'll need to take account of your Buyer's Stamp Duty, legal fees + other HDB fees of around and agent fees (if you wish to engage one). Will there be cov if we buy over property from our parents? also what if our purchase price is lower the hdb valuation?
Yeap there will be COV also if the purchase price is above the HDB valuation. If the purchase price is lower, then there won't be any COV
