There are many ways hot to get a playing card signed by a spectator to your wallet.
Lines and video below describes one of the easiest methods I know.
It is not so difficult but it will require some practice and knowledge of two basic moves - card control to top of the deck and also double lift.
There are also many ways how to control a card or how to do a double lift. In my tutorial I rely that you probably already know these quite basic moves so I don't go deep into instructions in my video.
If you will struggle with this two moves, search CZcams for their tutorial :)
Now, lets get right to signed card to wallet routine! ;)
    Preparation
There is not much to prepare - only take your double back card and place it in a suitable place inside your wallet... that's it for preparation ;)
If you don't have double back card, you can buy it in magic store or make it on your own by sticking two playing cards together - if you'll use double-sided tape, it will not damage your cards.
    Step by step
    - Ask spectator to choose any card and sign it
    - Once done, control the card on top of the deck (one easy method described in video below)
    - Take your wallet and open it - spectator will see that there is one card inside (its your double back card)
    - Take this card from wallet and place it naturally on the top of the deck
    - Perform double lift (shortly described in the video below) - it will look like the signed card traveled to the wallet!

Love your voice, was tryng to find a video on the folded signed card into palm of hand of spectator and theirs travel to mine and my signed one travels to theirs without physically touching theirs. But I stayed as it's similar and mesmerized by your calm voice

This best performed when the justification is YOU HAVE NO TABLE TO PUT THE DECK ON. SO YOU SORT OF CRADLE THE DECK while pulling the dupe out of the wallet.
Have dupe prepped with a small dab of stickum.
Toss it on top of deck.
Then the left hand flips what are now two stuck together, and they land upside down as one face up.

Okay had this done to me today in Cardiff by some street magician. The card signed card after a shuffle appeared folded into a transparent box on a table behind him. I swear he didn't even get close to the table my mind was totally blown.

In 2004 these two street magicians did something similar to me, but it was way more unbelievable. They gave me a tiny treasure chest shaped box, and had me examine it to see that it wasn't rigged. Then they had my girlfriend pick a card from a deck and sign it. I think she got the 9 of diamonds, not that it matters... Anyway, I thought they would make it teleport into the box, so I was holding it in my hands, squeezing it shut tightly the whole time. Then, she put the signed card back in the deck, and a few seconds later, while they tried to distract us with small talk, I felt something slither or crackle inside the box. I interrupted them to say I felt something in the box, and they told me to check it and see. When I opened it, the signed card was in there, folded twice inside. How in the world did they do that?! There's no way they could have reached in there. That was creepy and I still don't know what happened. I came to this video, hoping to find the same trick I just explained, but it seems this is quite different.

Who actually dumped the signed card out of the box, you or the performer? That's a key piece of information. If you say that you personally removed that card from the box and personally examined the signature, then I would be at a complete loss.

    • @LordYggdrasill
      @LordYggdrasill Před 10 měsíci

@wusundowma I was the one to pull it out of the box. He told me to check it and I like "you've gotta be fu-" and yep, there it was. I unfolded it, and there it was: the same signed card, except with a vertical and horizontal crease where the card was folded to fit in the little treasure chest style box (which was ≈1"x1"x2"). I wish I had that card, but I let the girl keep it. She probably threw that away, lol. I woulda kept it as proof that I'm not losing my mind.

@@LordYggdrasill I saw a similar trick on Penn & Teller Fooled Ya, where the magician (Nick Diffatte) had the spectators drivers license under a handkerchief for no more than 30 secs and in the end the license ended up inside his wallet which was duct taped to his back (under his suit jacket) and was snapped into a compartment in the wallet. Once the wallet opened, she pulled out the license, not him. During the act, there was no perceptible movement by the magician or odd moves. P&T said they were not fooled! I'm like, what ? Usually someone gives some hints or outright states how it was done in the comments , but there is nothing. Really want to know how its done.

With all the respect to the good intention of teaching, but i consider totally wrong and silly to reveal the signed card over the top of the deck. This is card to wallet trick! After the card is in the deck there must be no contact again with the deck. From the point the card touches it the magic is gone.
