I am Ghanaian . From watching your videos I am impressed by how you insist on high standards in what you are building! The Chinese , Indians and Lebanese who own some of the most successful businesses, in Ghana have no interest in cultural anything!! They expect and get international standards of work place behavior from their employees !!When Ghanaians move to the West they conform with Western job expectations from day one . If you know what standards you need, in order to run a successful business, state that clearly in your employee hand book . The only issues you might take into account is transportation and also the fact that some of your employees might not have sufficient food . I am married to a Nigerian and when we were building a big project in Nigeria we contracted cheap roadside restaurant to cook a midday meal for the workers (part of their salary but subsidized by us ) of the local food of soup and garri and we noticed that their work performance/attention to detail improved markedly !! Just my two cents !

When you first came to the Continent, there was a recipe you made using coconut milk, some type of greens and onions and spices. I wrote that recipe down and have made it a few times.. It was very tasty. I also love the way you plant flowers, trees etc You are a beautiful talented being.
