Thanks for clearing up a few things. I was having a hard time deciding between nylon, or shackles and clips. I'm going with the clip instead of a clutch, it seems more versatile.

Hey Pete, nice simple demo and explaination. Where is the terminal end of the float line in the set up and how is it attached to the float? Do you have that end clipped onto the D ring normally? Cheers for the video

dstick1 hey bud! Thanks for your feedback! Yes, the terminal end of the float line has a long line clip on it and clips right to the D ring on the float!

Aloha pete, question for you brotha. I run a riffe 100ft bungee line on my blue water break away setup. I’ve tried the pulling and clipping technique but the elastic rubber is too thick for the 5in tuna clip so I cannot easily pull it through like the video. Any suggestions? Mahalo in advance🤙🏽

I like it brother, clear explaination and beautiful movie!
As I watch it, your float line is an original or something different on any other products in the market.
What kind of rope or lines are you using? Climbing rope?
    Cheers!

Thank you so much for the positive feedback! Im happy you found the video helpful!.... That blue float line that see in the video is made by JBL. It is similar to mountain climbing line but with a foam core for floatation.
