I have built up a small collection of Tom ford items. Two denim jackets, a pair of boots, and a shirt. Every time I wear a jacket of his I get compliments. His stuff is just amazing.

I wonder if Stanley Tucci fashioned his character 'round Tom Ford in "The Devil wears Prada"? The voice and manner is spot on! Tone, inflection, all the bits. It's really uncanny.
I would not be surprised! He has that 'world weary' manner about him. As in; "It is so hard being this fabulous but, I suffer in silence"😄 Lee Pace did go on record for naming Tom Ford as his inspiration when he played an elf King in 'the hobbit'. And if you watch the movie...there is no elf who looked more aloof and classy than Lee Pace's ,'Tom Ford-elf'.

Had the pleasure of helping Mr Ford on his frequent visits at an LA hotel in late 90s. Was always the most polite, kind and generous of guests. That was not typically the case with the super talented.

Tom Ford at Gucci was the reason I brought Gucci. I still have some Gucci pieces by Tom Ford in my wardrobe. I also saw Tom Ford in London over a few decades ago on Bond Street, I said hi and he smiled and said hello back a very warm and plesant Man. He was dressed in an incredible suit and his glasses just WOW. A talented designer who has made such a huge impact in fashion, art, music and film. Tom is an Icon and legend. Anything he does you love. Thank you Tom.

We came to the point where thing is so sensitive that it blocks our creative freedom and got complain for being boring.
