- Who's the guy that's supposed to lead the Oklahoma Sooners back to the College Football Playoffs in 2024 and beyond? The guy that is supposed to succeed OU legends like Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray, Jalen Hurts, and more. His name is Jackson Arnold, a 5-star class of 2023 QB prospect from the state of Texas. Coach Brent Venables is giving him the task of leading Oklahoma through a problematic SEC schedule. Sooner fans are saying that Arnold has game-changing Heisman Trophy potential. To fully understand Jackson Arnold, we must look at his whole story. Let me know your predictions in the comments.

I live in Norman so I hope to see him ball out down here next year
Fingers crossed he'll be a beast
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO
I got you!!
As a die hard Oklahoma fan, i have very high hopes for this upcoming season but i don't expect it to be a walk in the park. Oklahoma has been a top big 12 team for a long time and after last season where they fought hard and beat Alabama, there is no doubt in my mind that they belong in the SEC. Looking forward to see what Coach Venables is going to do with our sooner football program in the upcoming seasons.
Who beat bama???
@@westinclinton21 yeah, Oklahoma is good in multiple sports. basketball, football, baseball, and of course softball. the last time Bama and Oklahoma met was in men's basketball where Oklahoma won 69 - 93. If you want to ignore all that and speak of just football and football only, Oklahoma has won 3 games and Alabama has won one singular game in the last 25 years. It is going to be an interesting year on both sides, especially with the sooners joining the SEC and bama losing Nick Saban. At the end of the day, both schools have great sports programs and there is no doubt that they both deserve to be in the Southeastern Conference.
Yes, he did go up against the good Arizona defense that also didn’t have any opt out. There were zero opt out on the entire roster for the Arizona Wildcats Oklahoma had several opt out not to mention that they did that Team did have to do some more work because they had two losses on the season.
Yeah, I don't take that loss hard on Arnold at all. It was a tough position for a first career head start. I'm excited to see what he does next year. Thanks for watching!
GREAT REPORT ON JACKSON! HE HAS A TON OF POTENTIAL. GOTTA ADMIT AS AS
SOONER FAN, WISH HE WOULD HAVE BROKEN OUT IN THE BIG 12! GIVE OU A YEAR OR
TWO, THEN WATCH OUT WHAT HAPPENS!
Thanks for watching! I agree that playing against Big-12 defenses would've been much easier for him, but it's time to see what he's really made of.
W Video!
Thanks, just trying to be like you!

Appreciate you bro!
Jackson will be number 1 overall pick for the in the future NFL Draft!
Bold prediction, I like it
And people were making a big deal about Dillion Gabriel leaving Oklahoma for Oregon
I honestly didn't expect it. Thought Arnold would sit again or transfer
@@SaturdayShenanigansYT it's the power of the S.E.C. the S.E.C and the Big 10 make programs better
(!CULTURE !) OU has, and always will play ANY1 = ANYWAY = ANYWHERE = ⌚= ! Tradition , we can't help it..
You're AWESOME
Thanks for watching!! Boomer
Bro said cmon it was his first start but oklahoma fans started riding arch's meat cause of a spring game lol. Keep that same energy.
Nah, we seen Arch play high school ball. Stats and talent wasn’t there and competition was way below average. Maybe he’s improved.
I love the beef between OU and UT fans 🍿
We were comparing Mannings sprint game to Arnold’s spring game, lol. Manning didn’t play that spring game in a vacuum.
mike hawkins jr has landed
No way he beats him out
@@SaturdayShenanigansYT already has truthfully team wise coach wise I know know
@@SaturdayShenanigansYT spring most improved player true freshman
Dang when Oklahoma goes 7-5 his dreams will be crushed. In full honesty they have an extremely touch schedule
Y’all are truly goofy as hell.
@@adamlewis4736 losses are at bama,Texas, lsu, mizzou, and ole miss. They still have to be careful at Tennessee too. Oklahoma isn’t good
@@rancidity that’s just not true. you’re extremely unintelligent lmao
@@rancidity oklahoma went 10-3 in a second year of a rebuild. oklahoma has one of the best receiving rooms in CFB. and are more talented than three of the six teams you mentioned. oklahoma beat texas - a championship caliber team. you’re just a hateful human and should seek therapy. focus on georgia football walmart boy.
@@rancidity I disagree. The Sooners are insanely talented. They’ll split those games 2-3. OU goes 9-3, 8-4 at worst. That’s just my opinion.
boomer sooner

I don’t think vennables can develop QBs
Gabriel got out while he could. OU will get dogwalked in the SEC
They got it rough with their schedule for sure.
OU will do just fine in the SEC. They actually have a winning record over SEC teams. You all act like OU isn't a blue-blood power 5 team.
Care to elaborate or just more baseless opinions?
@@claypennington602 You play the gauntlet. Have fun!
@accent4778 Yes, OU plays the gauntlet, but if you think OU is just going lay down and roll over because they now playing the SEC, you're kidding yourself.
I think he'll do good but OU as a whole will have a much more rude awakening to the SEC then Texas will.
Texas is going to be completely fine IMO
That's a dam lie. Oklahoma been beating Texas ass. Stop the cap. 😂😂😂
Oklahoma will shine in the SEC
Wish I could set a reminder to come back to this comment. OU has one the most experienced D's in all of college football coming back. They're loaded at skill positions on O.
The SEC has 2/3 good teams and that’s it. With the addition of OU/Texas, now there’s 3/4. Of course anything can happen, that’s why the games played. But for Oklahoma to struggle due to the SEC teams being so “good”, not likely. Now if you said OU was going to shout themselves in the foot due to a young offense, I would probably agree with that.
