  • This is Class 3 of 4 in the series. FreeBody Therapeutics for the WIN!
    In this class, I teach you how about balancing out the hip flexors and hip extensors. Hint: release extensors first. We go through rolling out the extensors then all the quads and along the ITB (without terrible pain! LEARN THIS TECHNIQUE!!). This class is excellent if you have knee pain or knee buckling as well as hip flexor/extensor issues.
    Step onto your mat and balance out your lower body with this previously live streamed class of FreeBody Therapeutics! Cat's classes are full of anatomy teaching, rolling out your fascia and trigger points, movement, and stretching. If you've never tried a full class, this is a great opportunity to do so!
