  • This 6 min workout (filmed in rural Puglia, Italy) is an abs session focused on the lower abs and deep core muscles. A great series for anyone experiencing shoulder and/or neck problems, as they never leave the ground. As with most Pilates workouts, be mindful to follow my vocal tips to isolate various body parts to prevent compensating and getting out of alignment. The feeling and correct position is often subtle but makes a huge difference to the groups of muscles being worked and targeted. Enjoy!
