@@skevi1875 for the brie i'd suggest a grape variety low in tannins because these tend to overcome the taste of the cheese, gamay and pinot noir are great options. For the goat cheese white wine, and for the pecorino and gouda you can go with either sweet wines like champagne,prosecco,crémant etc... or once again a low tannin red wine but one thing to keep in mind is that tannic wines only goes with blue cheeses
