She starts appearing ater you're Level 50. Only real clue to find her is that random NPCs on the town will say rumours abour where she is once she dows spawn

How do I capture Rosehood

I think it's simply another evolution methos, probably with a move if you get another one of the red guys, i will try it out later, if you figure it out can you mention the move here?
I also think he was missing another beast.

@@texus835 I managed to evolve, take away all her beast movements, leave only normal movements, no beast movements, like biting, then she evolves

You need to remaster a Littlered that DOESN'T have the Carnivore sticker on it. (The Bestiary description for Scarleteeth implies this.)

The initial problem I had with the monsters is present in the DLC monsters: they have absolutely no expression or personality. It's a shame, because some of these are ALMOST cool, but they always fall flat at the face. The Walrus scuba would be cool if I could see his expression. The shark would be cool, too, if he had an actual eye that could convey emotion instead of a button. People underestimate just how powerful a good face can be for a design, and for me, it really is the face that makes or breaks a design.
Not that itxd matter anyway, since you can't even play as them
