- Solo adventure to a remote island in Cape York Queensland on the Great Barrier Reef. One of the best experiences in my life Fishing some of the best places in the world. No one in sight for a week. Camping and Survival the heat of the wet season build up.
Such an awesome trip definitely something for my bucket list

Mainly used a 10k Twinpower and Grappler Pe5 and also a 18k Stella and Grappler Type C xh

Insane. I got a question. I’m new to fishing up on the Great Barrier Reef. What’s the best way to get on to some reef fish bait fishing? Just trawl around till I find structure in 40m or so deep?
Get navionics and use relief shading looking for the pinnacles

Ahhh yes, the chinaman at the end.. sometimes when it’s panic time the gaff in the lip is a lot easier.. lip grips can be annoying to get in the mouth sometimes and can end up loosing quality fish especially good size ones. Cheers mate… appreciate ya though
