Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

    It felt great afterwards. During the twisting I had sharp pains and was surprised. They diminished progressively. Really glad I did it. Thank you, you have nice energy, joyful and smiling

    Definitely noticed some tightness in the solar plexus doing these exercises. I will have to implement them regularly to see if I can get this to shift.

    This was so good to see, a few days ago I felt so much tension in my belly and I did not understand what the cause was. I just let my body do what I needed to release this tension and it just started to shake my hips and twist my hips it felt so good and now I SEE this. Thank you universe for the synchronicity.     Thank you, I've had anxiety for a while now, but wasn't sure why. I was diagnosed with melanoma cancer 4 days ago which not only gave me a reason for my anxiety but made it a lot worse. My solar plexus was so tight that I walk around with my arms under my ribs. This really helped.

    I woke up with pain in between my breast and solar plexus. Was worried I had a heart attackand took some advil. Then I thought it was gas and took some baking soda water. Pain was still there after a time so I looked up solar plexus pain and saw this vid. I thought why not try. I feel much better after doing this. What was a severe muscle cramp is now a dull ache. Thank you!

    Do this about 4 times a day. It's great for feeding better, warming up in the gym, last thing before bed and first thing in the morning!

    I saw you twisting in another video. I can not do it at all. I'm rather numb from the waist down but I am trying to twist. I'm slowing the motion down to a snails pace. I'll get it or die trying :)

    I have had a lot of stress and emotional situations happen these past few days, and my solar plexus was just bothering me all day today I couldn't do anything to get rid of it. I googled help and found you this was amazing, is it also normal to tear up while doing this?

    Could you lower the video when recording the 1st exercise if you redo it? I couldn't get the twist to work without doing it very, very slowly, and even then I was moving my upper body. This did not work for me, but maybe I need to do it many times before it works.

    While doing the twisting I became extremely nauseous...is this a normal side effect and a possible form of release? I noticed a slight reduction in tension, still have a lot left so will try again later but need a break from the way it made me feel😮‍💨

    What is the actual deal with the sharp pains in the stomach during the twisting? I've had this before when practicing Qigong but had no idea what it was.

      Hi Daniel, sharp pains means that there's an energy block there that's trying to release. It's ok, don't worry. Just breathe it out and imagine whatever is blocked there is coming out through your exhale. When you repeat that kind of breathing with that image- your pain will be less and less.
