Looks good, my problem is that the balls empty really fast. I tried to let them stay in the liquid a little longer, then the ball grew massive and the liquid taste get lost...
Use something like a strawberry squash that you need to dilute with water as it’s usually syrupy and is nice and sweet but add a bit of water as it’s gonna be too sweet
i do not get it, even tho i use the same measurements and same ingredients i never get the sperification, unless i add more sodium alginate, but then the peals become solid and weird

You have to take out from the calcium lactate liquid within a min...the longer u keep it will get solid or harder
