I love this ... I grew up in a 'dry town' if you can believe that:)
I didn't grow up in a dry town per se, but the one i grew up in had some interesting laws. Shops abd restaurants were closed on Sundays (blue laws) abd only liquor stores could sell alcohol. I'm told the laws have since been loosened or abolished.

Brilliant video for a really great song!!! Not at all what I would have expected from Gillian Welch and crew. Only the "Primus" video of "Wynona's Big Brown Beaver" comes close to the very real enjoyment I had watching and listening to this "Dry Town" video!
