Me expecting him to show the footage 🤡
My first mirrorless camera! Got me into filmmaking!
Nope🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It does not shoot 5k. The resolution output might be 5k but the read-out is much closer to full hd!
Looks like magic lantern. If so there's a whole ton of depressing problems using it too. I have worked with it some 4 years ago. I was excited, and then it became too much of a hustle.
bruh, whats this clickbait. How hard is it to put the name of the camera in the video s m h
Its 5k mode is just 1080p upscaled. It can, however, continuously shoot 10 bit 2.5k raw video.
And how long can it record 5K footage for? 2 seconds? 😂
Proud owner of this camera but just need to warn people if you're just getting into filmmaking... Be prepared to learn and research a lot before using this camera with MagicLantern and make sure you have the ways to stabilize the shot (running shots are probably not gonna work). Otherwise, love this camera and MagicLantern is a phenomenal tool 🙂
The camera looks cool!
When one of these videos drops, these either get wiped off the used market or get jacked up in price. Reseller racket.
After this video prices on eBay doubled for this camera!
I had this camera. With magic lantern it's pretty great, but you need software for post processing. It's really tedious to turn RAW video into a format that's usable. It's tedious af, and once you've gotten a work flow going the video looks amazing. For me the thing that was a deal breaker was the AF, and lack of buttons on the camera. It's a very manual camera.
I bought one of these guys after a DSLR Video Shooter video about it years ago. I think I need to give it more of a chance after learning more about it because the raw 1080p video I got out of the camera didn't look any better than video I was getting out of my a6000. I could push it around more (obviously), but when properly exposed they looked the same.
$200?! Doubt.
I made it shoot 2160x1080 25fps 14bit raw continuously. It's quite beautiful, I can share some footage if you want
This is the Canon EOS M. I owned one of these with magic lantern and a fast SD card and it barely was able to record in any raw resolution, this actually isn't a bad camera for what it's advertised for but is for anything else.
Every time one of these "secret" cameras gets revealed prices 2x or 3x
