Having fun and pointing out quirks within the different races and ethnicities helps us gel as a society. Celebrating and having a sense of humor about who we are, especially if it's by a person that's not of one's race, should be taken as a good thing. Jim clearly has no ill will towards anyone; he's trying to bring us together in laughter.
