    Hai Top Chef.. Recipe bagus dan istimewah.. Bahan yg kamu miss out.. Ikan billis rm 6.00 kisar dan bubuh di kuah laksa, otak undang half Can bubuh di dalam kyah, Sardin rm 9.50 Cap Ayam 1.can bubuh dalam kuah Isi nenas dan juice, kisar, tapis dan bubuh dalam Kuah Asm Laksa.. Apa rasa.. Ini lah Asam Laksa Yg Champion.. Ok.. Gd job..

    Jika kamu hendak mutu yg paling tinggi Asam Laksa. Udang Lipan 15.ekor dan bawang putih 12 biji, goreng dan kisar, tapis dan bubuh dalam kuah Laksa.. Apa rasa.. Ini lah Penang Champion Asam Laksa.. Ok..

    Cabai merah 4 dan cabai kering 6 tidak cukupi dalam recioe ini.. Ingat ya.. Ajar recipe yg betul ya.. Kuah kamu untuk 6 orang makan pun tak cuku nya.. Ok

    Lengkuas, Not Compausary di recipi ter sebut, Jika dalam tidak bubur Otak udang 120.gn dalam kuah Laksa ini bukan.. Penang Asam Laksa. Ok.. Gd try. !

    Master Steven, I will blend the fish bone and head together into the stock to simmer for hour before putting the fish meat and the paste.

    can someone tell me the ratio of water to fish please..

      If you are cooking for 6 bowls (4 litters) of water, you need 6 fish (mackerel). Depending on personal preference of thickness if you want the soup to be more thick, you can add more fish

    May I know what brand of laksa noodle that u had used?is it a bid fat one or thin one?

      Hi Janet I bought it from the sundry store, dry version. Need to soak it to dehydration it. I have forgotten the brand already. Will find out and update you again
