Everytime HG and Yostar creates a 3d teaser for a big event its always so well done and smooth, Great job to the team who put the hard work into creating this amazing animation, this shows how much they love and care for their game!!
Yea, the game is just about chibis killing some oblivion npc. But they really put their effort to make it worth playing

@@awanuddigokuro4371 there's quite a lot of possibilities. There's been fanmade stages with moving platforms, the ship with blue boxes you're on rotating, thus completely switching your operators attack range, other fanmade stages with moving platforms. The hui ming system also showed us Hypergryph could actually think of more complex gimmicks than the already miniscule stuff we get in current events. Bosses are also very simple, they either stand still, or constantly go on 1 path moving straight to the blue box. Of course, the ending 3 boss I forgot the name of showed again Hypergryph could actually make something interesting with the puppets you must kill to get him to die.
But you get the gist, it's literally just a very miniscule gimmick with every new event, recycling old bosses' mechanics, and barely trying anything new. They did release the new card stacking mode on CN though, which I'll be interested in when it comes to EN, but like IS2, I fear it'll just be super simple again. Not saying these things aren't good, I'm absolutely addicted to IS2, I've got almost 500 invested ingots without even doing a grind method.
I do get it's difficult to come up with new modes and mechanics, and with Arknights being a gacha game, it's understandable they're super slow to innovate. But even QoL is super slow to innovate. I didnt even mention that. It took us forever to get multiple collect on daily missions, Annihilation skip is finally out, but they're not making any efforts to get it to the other servers any faster. You get my point.
Again I am speechless also for those wondering I am 90% sure that one scene Ling was moving around is a style of fighting known as drunk fighting which makes it seem as if the practioner is drunk while their fighting

@@STPLafou well, Drunken Fighting style is all about mimicking the flexible movements of a drunk person to be unpredictable against an opponent. It won't work if you are wasted as fuck...in real life that is

My main reasons to pull for her was because one, she's limited, two, a dragon sibling, and three, I was absolutely inlove with her sound design(her voice and sfx) when I first saw her in CN
Only after a few days that I saw some people using her and realizing how op she was.
So like, her being op was just a side dish to me

Same, her being op was just a side dish for me too. I loved her design visually and she sounded great not just her voice but the dragons too. She's also an onee-san and summoner, but then I found out the ling solo power and it made me happy seeing her being viable
The first half of and the second half of the teaser are actually synchronous in the timeline: the wine drop of Lee at 1:07 comes from Ling at 2:47. HG did adopt an amazing narrative technique for this teaser.
Her PV, Character design, Sound design are beautiful and amazing! I love it! The fact that she's OP is a nice extra too!

This animation is so crisp it made made me want both Ling and Lee. Without dialogue, it has given me such great vibes from both, not to mention how great the shoot of the city once Ling starts to descend is.
I really hope the story will be an intriguing read too.

@@eufrosniad994 Only thing I know is that the black cup that Lee brought with him that we see in the box he opens, is apparently important.
And considering how I 100% believe it would make for a fine wine cup, I kinda hope the plot is just: "Drunkard Ling getting way to into it after finding a cursed wine cup. Lee is confused, but helps resolve the matter like a professional."
@@supervillain369 Should be interesting. I really wish they used cutscenes like this in-between missions rather than the text with static cut-outs of characters. Would be more engaging.
Every time I watch this, I am left just baffled as to what I just witnessed, and why it entranced me so vividly. I got goosebumps from the sheer what the hell that was going through my brain, shocked from awe, wonder, and excitement at the tale that unfolded before my eyes and what it would mean later on.
Okay, but can we just appreciate all of the teasers that Arknights does? Like, this is literal top-tier teaser. If this were an anime or I didn't even know what Arknights was and watched this? I would be so damn hyped and install the game immediately. Another great teaser, HG & Yostar!

It's not really that anyone is doubting 3D can look good, IMO if you really wanna stretch the definition of anime, RWBY could be considered one and from season 5 onwards it looks incredible. The issue is that 3D is so easy to do subpar, it's the main go-to for seasonal anime series. Shoddy CGI is what gets the genre bad rep, as well as the exorbitant cost to good CGI, not the fact that it's CGI to begin with.

I love this. I really love this. Saying "Another Nian's sister is here!" is just not enough. Each of their design is amazing and makes me fell in love in them right away.
One thing i only wonder why every time Arknights global releases the trailer/teaser half a year later, it's always much worse quality than original at CN. Does CN don't care, doesn't share and Global just download it up from YT just to release it on their channel? :P

I love the way Mr. Lee hass his large underbite, gives me the grizzled older male look i love in male characters
The animation itself isnt as good as say, Riot's league animations (seriously i feel like im drunk looking at Ling's spazzing hair), but for what this is worth, the atmosphere and execution of it is gorgeous...only complaint is if they wouldve given them more interesting npc designs cuz thats duch a basic looking face for the sailor

Honestly, while the anime is looking solid, I think they should just do a 3D anime and it would look even better, from this and the nearlight teasers it's obvious that they are just barely short of arcane levels of 3D animation
While they are good trailers it's very important to note that Arcane was in production for 6 years for a full series of 9 episodes. Hypergryph's 3D trailers are generally released every 6 months and range from 3-6 minutes long. It's highly unlikely we'd see an Arcane level production from them any time soon. Context is important
@@thee2724 as far as I'm aware, arcane took that long because it was a real pain to get it greenlighted, that's why the second season is taking half of that time. I know that anime these days is produced at basically light speed, but I think 2 or 3 years would be enough for them make a good adaptation of maybe an important storyline.
