In my life, I was raised alone, being insecured, however I was raised to know reality, and that sometimes the world isn't full of sunshine and rainbows, only I can create that. I was bullied alot as a kid and was told not to snitch to my parents. I never told my parents about my past and put a mask saying it was a good day. I still in this day in college haven't told them yet. I faced suicidal thoughts, anger, rage, sadness, crying so much I can hold back, I was in theatre and I was best at being a comedian roles but I serious roles. Crying was my thing and the secret was that it was the pain I kept since I started school. Playing different characters helped me on stage but I was someone else but reality the real me is just a shy misfit. I was called a stalker because I asked someone out and someone told her a lie that i was stalking even though we were dating. And I was called that my whole 7th grade year. My always faked puked to go home. Eventually I learned through time. And became likable. But high school was a story. In freshman year I had a girlfriend and she was the first person to that I was in love but we dated for 5 months and she broke up with me. My heart was shattered, I was depressed, nothing to be happy. But during those times. I listened to crybaby and Melanie's voice was like an angel telling me to stand up, it's okay to cry and to smile at the worst times. And to always be yourself. He music videos were amazing because I knew she had inspiration from Tim Burton. Her visuals are amazing. My best friend faced through and suicidal thoughts even I was in that path. I saved her life and want to help anyone felling the same and there's always a path to happiness. She's so unique and beautiful, her messages were something i want to tell people but because of my anxiety i stay quiet. I'm so proud of Melanie of how far she's gotten thick and thin and how her creativity and imagination can be shown to the world. And the world. She makes me smile for real instead if hiding màsk. I'm thankful and grateful for her. Thank you Melanie ❤️

Im going to cry this also makes me want to write a Wattpad fan fiction. This is why Melanie is so pure. Sure her lyrics are dark, but it helps people. it’s okay to look in a mirror and say I’m not perfect and I never will be. It’s okay to cry and it’s okay to be yourself no matter what you look like or how you act. I went through a depression stage too I guess. I thought that everything was gonna end, school sucked kids accused me being weird because I saw It and always talked about It even though it was what I liked. I tried to put on a mask everyday so no one could see at all. I would just want to break down and cry at school and I couldn’t because nobody would understand. I tried to cut myself (regrets) and my mom was going to send me off to the hospital. I talked to my one friend who knew what I was going through, I told her because I knew she would understand, and not just go around telling everybody. I had heard Melanie’s song “Tag You’re It” but that was it. My friend told me to listen to more of her songs an dit might help me light up a bit. I at first thought it was weird how she acted but then fell in love with her music and who she was. Melanie helped me understand that it’s okay to cry when your upset, it’s okay to not be perfect, it’s okay to be yourself. Melanie made me see some things in different ways. I can thank her for being herself and just making people feel happy with her music and art. I think that that’s why a lot of people look up to her. This takes a lot of confidence to write about your problems and I look up to you for that. Not many people are willing to do that. I being a crybaby, am glad that Mel made you rethink everything and made you happier.
Melanie introduced me to Tim Burton when she mentioned he's her inspiration and I really recommend TB's movies. They give you loads of inspiration and it's all just so amazing :,)

I went to the one in New York actually! It was very crowded,and since I’m not the tallest person you’ll meet i got pushed around a lot and squished, it was really worth it!Plus the tickets are pretty cheap if you think about it!

I used to have a gap in between my teeth and then I got braces, I still miss it to this day because thats what made me different from others! Be proud of who you are and what makes you, you! Don't listen to what others think because thats what makes you unique and special!

I have her albums and merchandise and I've yet to go to a concert. I'm trying so hard to go to her concert in Columbus Ohio so I can finally meet her and express how much she's helped me change and help me find and understand it's okay to be weird and stand out. That's why I love her creative music. It makes my drawings even better when I can sit and listen to her album on loop for hours on end. It never bores me. I can't wait for the day I finally can see her and be able to tell her I love her and her work and everything she does. She's beautiful and creative. And she is everything I wanna be when I grow up.
