I admire her creativity so much but pestering an artist is a no no regardless of how much I like them. If I see someone in the street who is "famous" (I live in London, it's common) I don't speak to them because they're probably just trying to do their thing. Interrupting someone's day/taking selfies with someone is just wrong if you are that rude about it and don't even ask first.
