She's from one of those music TV shows? That's surprising, cuse usually those shows produce extremely generic pop singers who are all the same. I guess that's why she didn't win, cuse she wasn't generic enough lol
I only found her music about a year ago, and really liked the aesthetic, but just thought the music was ok. But when i watched K-12 i was absolutely hooked, I've watched it soo many times lol
And then when i went back to her Crybaby vids again, i realized her singing had really grown on me, and now i love that album too. She's so extremely talented, I'm totally blown away. What an absolute QUEEN

The person that accused her of it told the story, I did some digging and when she had to tell the story again dates times and settings changed. She also said that they smoked marijuana which under that drug you have no idea what you are doing. I'm not that educated on the drug but you are not fully aware of what you do, and makes you a giggly unself aware person.

I really respect Melanie taking a risk in changing up her music. Though it makes sense that her songs will mature as she is but also maturing the genre can divide the fandom into k-12 and Crybaby.
I doubt it honestly due to the fact crybaby fans dont only love the music we love the story and this is just more into the story
