- This is exactly how to replace the hybrid drive battery for a 2012-2017 Toyota Prius V. It will be extremely similar if not the same to a regular Prius. A new battery is the only way to fix the P0A80 trouble code.
It is not bad to do this job. I really recommend doing this job yourself and save all kinds of money. It's not hard and it gets your Prius back on the road for way less than a new car. Thanks so much for watching!

This has to be the most helpful video I’ve ever seen
OMG, thank you for convincing me that I will not do this myself!
No worries! Sometimes it's good to know your limits!
😂😂😂😂😂😂🙏🏿
For me total opposite. I’m actually confident I can totally do it
This was great video to watch 👍
Thank you 👍
Great video! Do you have the same video for a Gen 2 Prius?
Thank you for a very thorough and informative demonstration.

You are welcome!
Can you send a link where the replacement hybrid battery pack was purchased? Thanks
We got this one from Toyota. It wasn't cheap but man is it good! Thanks for watching!
In your experience, would this be largely the same process for a 2nd generation (2008 Prius) or should I expect any significant difference ?
It should be basically the same thing. Thanks for watching!
, please, please, I need your help information. I was working on 09 murano, changing one of the coils, and I took the intake off, and when I heard little something fell and for sure a little md*** nut fell inside the holes of the engine I find out it was because when I started the engine I can hear the little f**thing bouncing
My cuestion is what I can do? Or where those stupid things go when they fell inside
Can I take the valve cover gasket?
Please
Oooooof thats a rough one pally. Yeah no, your engine might be toast.
