So grateful for this video, I showed my 7 year old and he said wow, I do that stuff too! The first step is helping people understand they're not alone.

My son would end up being so exhausted from trying to focus on suppressing and blocking his tics. Most likely would end in a rage outburst. He does do some things that still create the same sensation as his original tic but are less noticeable but like I said, it takes focus and energy.
I'm not sure this method is good for everybody. If I try to suppress my body movements, I showed my cap for it later on
