Welcome back to my TAIWAN series ! Hope you enjoy the thrilling ride. Just for reference as some comments have come up- I injured my back one week before this and slipped a disc and again pulled it when I fell here, so I was experiencing extreme nerve pain. Yes, I can pick up a motorcycle, and even heavier than this... but in this circumstance, It was my unfortunate luck. But I did meet some kind people ! The point is, I kept trying and didn't give up easily !

Hook a ratchet strap high on your bike or over the seat to something on the other side, connect a second strap to the other end if you have one. Stretch the strap out. If there is nothing to hook it to, tie it to a piece of your gear an bury that in the ground. Now squat under the strap as close to the bike as you can with the strap going over your shoulder. When you stand up, the bike will too. Use the ratchet as needed to finish the lift. You can also do the same thing but put an inner-tube between the straps as a spring, then ratchet it tight. Then when you try to pick the bike up normally, the energy in the stretched inner-tube will take some of the weight an make it easier to lift. Lots of other options to, as long as you have a few straps an a shovel.
