    この腰振り運動を始めてから2ヶ月くらい過ぎました。そんなに辛くもなく、時間を決めて頑張っています。     
    なんとなく、お腹周りが、小さくなったように感じてます。 
    2〜3人のお友達にも、教えてあげ、喜ばれました。
    自宅で一人で続けることは、なかなかむづかしいですが、これからも、日課として、つっけていきたいとおもいます。

    This workout is working fine for me, my tummy cut down 2cm from 78cm to 76cm only 1 weeks (exercise 2 set, rest 1 minutes each set ). But make sure you use your tummy core muscles to twist.

      @@tuttifrutti3829 I'm not sure of I actually lost that amount of cm (I don'y want to measure myself until a month has passed) but I definitely feel less bloated and my pants are not as tight from the belly as before.
      I'm mixing up more workouts and creating playlists, so that also helps 👀
