lol I slowly gained this habit of watching eating videos while eating and didn't even notice until I would watch a video about eating without eating and suddenly I would be super hungry, Pavlov would be proud
I used to do it around 2 years ago when I first bulked
But they were genuine eating motivated by mass monsters. Even if it was semi cringe, it worked😭

him discovering what blue glasses are designed for sent me 😭 yes, blue light is designed to increase oxytocin and keep you up staring at the screen. i set my phone to constant “night mode” instead and i actually prefer the warm light over the blue now. also ik he loves natural remedies, but minoxidil/finasteride have been proven safe for receding hair for decades if the rosemary thing doesn’t work out. just once a day in topical or pill form 👍 sometimes i wonder, with all of those supps, how he knows what actually works or if something isn’t a placebo affect. personally i don’t trust most supplements bc they are unregulated in the us but you do you. we just have different philosophies.
Protein oats are my go to breakfast when I don't want to crash after eating but get good energy for the gym. Something about adding the protein and some fruit into it negates the crash for me.
Make. video of you learning to ice skate, hockey stop, t stop, etc.
Don't take curcumin/turmeric on workout days I'd only use it when you have excessive inflammation. the inflammation from a workout is part of the signal to turn on hypertrophy. Also I have heard that curcumin can reduce DHT and act like an antiandrogen.
Try doing the arnold split, train 2x a day, 6 days a week(video)

Advice on why ur experience foggy like from oats it’s gluten sensitivity avoid rice also (it’s not gluten but glaidin) you can still experience similar symptoms tbh I feel grain free is the way to go I did that my stuffy nose went away, acne, breakouts, & brain fogginess also went away
Substitute grains w/ potatoes (as a carb replacement), healthy fat, or any fruit/vegetable of choice

If you eat oats there’s a chance they have glyphosate even if they are organic people you shouldn’t eat oats just putting that out there and if you eat white rice it depletes vitamin b1 so you should supplement with b1 if you eat a lot of carbs

Probably to get more micronutrient and to help recovering but that just my speculation.
Maybe just to get a acute test spike monetarily and when he gains a large amount of fat he will mini cut, hence this I’m not sure why would he do this.

Ive been eating in like a 500 surplus since the end of september and ive packed on noticeable muscle apparently, i have body dysmorphia so i dont notice but ive had people that ate just simple coworkers ive said hi to at most say i look good
What is your eating schedule ? In my case, I am struggling to bulk because I wake up to late add with that I make about 1 to 2 protein shakes per week
@@lafoudre92 breakfast at 6 or 7, work at 8 , lunch at 1 ish or 2, works done at 4 30, little snack for a sugar boost, dinner at 6, and then I lift around 7 or 8, then drink a shake before bed

Yes I am spamming this comment because I really want a video on this but Can you do a biphasic sleep experiment for maybe a month? You would go to sleep when the sun goes down, trying to keep artificial light at night as low as possible. The low amount of night should make you naturally tired. Then, you wake up in the middle of the night, preferably four hours after going to sleep. You stay awake for a couple hours then go back to sleep until the sun rises or there is light in the sky. It works best if you naturally wake up in the middle of the night instead of having an alarm to wake you.
