I have always been an Treadmill guy until recently I started using Cross Trainer... Its been an amazing experience... However at times I hate the 30 minutes spend on the machine but results are worth the effort.
Great machine...an hour 5 times a week . Very fast hour and easy on the joints.. I don't know what some of these people are talking about.. they are just weak..it's great for your mood and body if you push yourself and use it correctly.
I prefer swimming freestyle than the gym and swimming is a whole body workout and once you get the breathing soughted, it’s so easy !!!! I’ve recently started using the elliptical aswel as swimming

Elliptical trainer. ARC trainer. or other one thanks
Recumbents bike will help you burn calories in comfortable setting, treadmill is also good solution but may be hard on joint, finally elliptical will be my 3rd choice. If you can have the 3 that would be even better, so you change your workout, if I have to choose one, I will go for the recumbent bike, good luck
@@abdelkaderd453 If get your previous eating patterns back, you may even would not need exercising. Start with walking, even on treadmill, and good sweaty sex.
I use the elliptical 5 days a week. I hate every minute of it. 30 minutes seems like 3 hours. BUT I love the health benefits that come with it.
Listen to music when using it, I find it makes your session go quicker

Heavy metal or Rock through headphones makes it just about bearable for me

I read somewhere that the cardiovascular benefits plateau at 20 mins. I just do 15 mins of resistance and 20 mins of elliptical.

I do 10 min HIT every other day.30 seconds slow 30 fast.
Great for an injured 61 year old to pump the heart.
It makes a great place to hang coats too!
