Awesome videos man! Very clear and way to understand! The reason i wanted something like sidesync was so that when i have my Tab 4 mounted on my cars dash and connected to the bluetooth i could just leave my phone in my pocket and use all the handsfree feature my car has.. hope this works

Perhaps you can publish a video showing how to use side sync with a PC and or Samsung Note pro 12.2. In both cases sidesync works up to the point where they make a connection, the phone shows up on the screen of the other device, and then disappears, and connection is lost. . I can't seem to figure out why.

+silverss onyoutube you are supposed to use smart switch between galaxy devices. SideSync is mainly for tablets and pc connectivity, not phone to phone. Which why they developed smart switch for.
When I pair up with sidesync and use my computer to talk on the phone, the other side always hears echoes. Do you know how can I get rid of the echoes?
I have a Note 4 and Windows 7. When I try to transfer music from the PC to the phone it WILL NOT MOVE OVER. I have draged to the screen of the phone... nothing. I have draged to where it says to drag files to be transfered and it changes to "do not copy". Any ideas.

I tried moving photo from my Samsung Tab A to my Surface pro. I tried the drag and drop thing but something happened, now I don't have the photo file on either device. Can I get it back on My SamSung Tab A???
I just bought a tab A and I have an S 5 phone it seems to work but it doesn't respond when I touch the phone on the tablet screen. only the home, back and recent buttons respond. it's all updated I don't know why it won't work. the review of the tab a showed use of the side sync

majorghn NO NEED for wifi...they sync using wifi direct .old sideync was capable to sync even on Bluetooth but it was slow... obviously both device should be samsung.that's a samsung made by app
+J.J. Evans have you installed the most current side sync to your macbook? maybe another way is the hard wire way via USB. last time i knew, it should work.

A quick Google search, "How to transfer text messages to PC," and finding an article SPECIFICALLY meant for your problem will get you further than complaining about a video not made for your problem, not fixing your problem.

this is actually really cool..samsung really tries to make it easier for everyone..unlike apple which barely makes some innovation
I'm assuming that you can do this GS5 via GS5? Mobile to mobile transfer of memo notes? This are the only things I care about mostly.

majorghn it doen't need a wifi hotspot...it uses wifidirect so yes it will work even if you are not connected!

jesferher yes it will work. It uses wifi direct. The devices make their own wifi. Similar to Bluetooth but on steroids

It won't download onto the 7.0...you need Lollipop 5.0....that's why in taking mine back and upgrading
