This is my parents used 2008 Yamaha Raptor 250 that we found for $1600! They got it for easy transport from track to track at the local facilities... Its a 4 stroke and its super quick.... its a great addition the the garage! - Auta a dopravní prostředky

I love it. It's lightweight so you don't need reverse if you have upper body strength great beginner bike to make your way up to a 450
I bought one same color and year for my daughter a really great quad and very fun to ride.

you said that i have found two bad thigs about this quad 1 is that is that it dosent have reverse well that isnt a problem because ive nether used reverse so is revearse a good or bad thing
@stacker97 what does 4th stroke mean ?
those year model raptor 250's have a radiator its between the headlights in the front in the vent holes. my friend has one just like it but his is blue. its not big its only like 3 lines of vents make sure you change the fluids often ish.

you can see it is out. I like the sound when its in better myself..
that defiantly has more the 4 rides. you can tell by the rear tires... and it only sounds like that because you or the previous owner took the spark arrester, which is illegal.

It's not water cooled , but it does have a oil cooler.

why does the left side of the handlebar have 2 triggers?
the small lever is the parking brake
right side is clutch left is brake lever is parking brake

i have a 2008 raptor 250 also and i put new rear 20-11x9 holeshot tires on it instead of the stock 19-10x9 besauce the stock tires are expensive and it works tons better and gives you an exta like 10mph. and i dont miss the reverse at all because the quad is light as shit. im 13 and it took me 2 weeks to learn how to ride a wheelie. i like the raptor alot
+Frank Frank I highly recommend the ITP Holeshots. another good tire is the maxxis rzr.
It has no reverse because Yamaha focuses on hard racing so it makes it lighter.
ya i have one and its sooo much fun you just have to getused to it i guess but when you do you will have soo much fun

ooo is a beautifull atv and the price is very very confortable, here in uruguay this atv used rise 7800 dolares jajaja is a big diference, for this price, that is a lot the mayorito of the people here buy chain atv for example MONDIAL. I HAVE SOME VIDEOS IN MI CHANEL IF YOU DONT HAVE NOTHING TO DO LOOK AT.

i had a 2003 xr 100r befor my 09 ttr 230 but the xr had 50 hours on it lol
i think he was trying to say that his parents say that "it is OUR atv" but prettymuch means u use it 9 out of 10 times
No unfortunately the raptor 250 has no reverse gear but does have 5 forwards gears
i use to have a louded 250 it was the best and it had black paint with the red grill and the rest was all black i won a couple of races so ya it was the best
I have a 250 Raptor SE. Can start it and beat it off the limiter until the exhaust glows red and light a cigarette on it. They're tough as nails.

The baffels were took out of the Exhaust, it can do shit to the valves. I would (for reliability reasons) order a new baffel for it.
