Heavy Rain Truck Camping with High Winds and Cooking Tacos

Our first Truck Camping trip of the year! We had very heavy rain and high winds but still had a great time going out. We were able to get a private free spot on a lake and it had great views. Even though it rained, we enjoyed cooking our tacos and relaxing outdoors. Thanks for watching!

Tip: Add a bungie cord to you tie down lines for your rain fly. They will keep it tight and if you get a pond developing the weight will stretch it and dump the water instead of trashing your rainfly.

@@herethereadventures I like the 3 foot long, cloth type bungies. Still use the ropes to get the right length.
