    In this video, we show you how to add sound damping to your two stroke skid plate. But let me back up to the top. First, yes, you do need a skid plate. And yes, it does need to be big a beefy AND must protect your pipe too. Yes, they're expensive, get over it ;).
    Now with that out of the way. Plates are noisy. They rattle, they reflect engine noise back up at your, etc. So let's fix that. We'll show you how to add neoprene foam to the inside of the plate to insulate some of the sound and reverberation effects and make the plate less annoying. Now you really have no reason left not to run one!

      Thanks for the response, but I can't find one for that specific bike .I'm pretty sure I have the same bike 2006 300xcw ? Did you have to buy one for another bike and modify ?if so, any pointers? That thing is sweet.
