Well I've seen it now. Seeing them reprise the roles was a trip, they've still got it! I think the script would have worked better if they'd made the movie in the late 90's
They did not seemly, achieve success at the end of bogus journey. They were on their way to play at the Mars station at the end of bogus journey. Rufus told them that they had to win the battle of the bands to achieve success. That's exactly what happened. He said their music would align the planets and create universal harmony. Allowing meaningful contact with all forms of life. That was the whole point of the movie. They didn't need their daughters to be successful, they already were, when their "daughters" were children.They did save the world from their robot selves, and the man who sent them. And tried to kill them and ruin the future. The guy you mentioned was going to marry Missy, in the headlines. If you know about that, how did you miss all the other headlines, in the credits? Like the one telling you they are going to play at the Mars spacestation? Have you even seen either movie?
Bill and Ted's daughters are only supposed to be teenagers in this movie. I just assumed that Little Bill and Little Ted would be their older brothers since Bogus Journey came out 29 years ago and they would both be almost 30 by now. I figured the daughters would of been born sometime in the time between the last two films
I actually got my Dad to watch Bill & Ted 3 with me last night, and he really enjoyed it. Which is awesome because he always got so annoyed when I'd watch the first one as a kid. 🤣 Full circle, dude.😎
I am four days older than Keanu Reeves. Watching him in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure in the theater was so cool. I had no idea he was 25 years old, like me at the time, because he was supposed to be a 17-year-old and he had such grown-up man legs. I felt a connection with him. As I walked out of the theater with the credits rolling, I looked to see what his real name was. I couldn’t believe he had a Hawaiian name... I could relate because half my childhood was on Maui. I think his acting was fantastic as Ted because Ted is nothing like Keanu. And I think he is super cute in Bogus Journey with the major pointy goatee and super sexy in Face the Music as the buffed up convict. Totally!!
Actually, at the end of Bogus Journey both Bill and Ted announced that babies they hold on their backs were their sons. They literally said they are SONS.
But you know how times have change with the whole “wokeness” they literally trying to force every roles with strong female characters like what they did to The Old Guard, Terminator Dark Fate, Ghost busters, Star Wars, Doom Annihilation, DC, and Marvel movies. SJW had there hands on it. Also to please the audience out there not the fans. Even tho a lot of us remembered they had sons but oh well...
Rewatch Bogu Journey, dude. At no point do they ever say they have SONS, the kids are introduced with the names ‘Little Bill and Little Ted’. You made an assumption they were boys due to those names but the genders were never actually specified.

Truely magical film. Rarely has any other story managed to amalgamate superficial elements of pop culture with personifications of honesty, integrity, and kindness. The movie creates its own universe by cooly accepting the absurdity of itself: stuff happened because... it happens... but its all good... OK!
Wow 29 years later we get the next sequel. Well Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey was a great sequel, and introducing the Grim Reaper as a comical character was really unexpected, so, I expect something great here.

I wasn't as hyped about the Bogus Journey but it was still worth the price of admission, none the less I look forward to their third adventure and hope that it is most triumphant.
I love Bill & Ted I watched those movies as a kid and they are some of my favourite childhood movies so I am really hoping this movie with be excellent dudes! also it's werid seeing Keanu without a beard because he always has one but i can't wait for this movie

I'm PAST CARING about MCU with all their delays. I'm gonna see this in September and then be done with the idea of movies in the theater
