    Thanks for explaining this -I'll definitely use these techniques in my work! I was always curious to know how stuff like this was accomplished, and this video lifts the veil a bit, so thank you very much for selecting this topic - it seems to me to be much more empowering than tutorials that explain an effect or something similar. One question: I have seen projects where you can adjust the timing of an entire animation in/out by sliding comp markers. Would that be hard to implement on top of this?

      That's great to hear! I don't think so. You would have to link animations to markers. This tutorial explains it quite well: czcams.com/video/B_3XS2-VWOM/video.html

    Very good tutorial! Thank you!! Quick question for you. Can you also include other footage layers with your exported Mogrt file? For instance, what if you wanted to have an image, mov clip or Illustrator graphic be the backplate for your type instead of solid?

      I think you can. Any kind of footage. Add it to the comp you want to export as a mogrt file.
