In this After Effects tutorial, I’ll show different ways to create loops. We use the Fractal Noise Effect and the loop expression. We use time remapping to create a loop and we loop the wiggle expression.

Can you please explain why you placed the speed curve keyframes below the zero line? What happens if you didn't? Thank you!

The direction of the movement would change. If the curves go below zero, the shape moves backwards.
