Hi Manuel, I was following your tutorial when I realized that my After Effect version don't have the Track Matte toggle buttons :( Do you know how we can turn it on? I am using Adobe After Effects 2020 version. Looking forward to your kind response.
I bought it from gumroad. Is there a way to have it in 9:16? I tried to change the composition settings in 1080x1920 but it looks weird. Thanks @manueldoesmotion
Changing the composition settings is the only way to do it… You need to adjust the background solid, like rotate it 90 degrees. And I would scale up the pointer finger so that the end of the arm is hidden again. That's how I did it.

You have to use the drop down menu. And you have to place the matte layer above the layer you want to use it for.
