@@Celebipeque Athena is the Artificial Intelligence that coordinates Overwatch operations. Echo is presumably some kind of advanced omnic that was a member of the overwatch team long ago. You can see her in the original concept art.

Same. Exactly me. I spent almost every free minute i had during the open beta playing Overwatch and after release, i kept on playing. It was my most played game all the way until they started the first season of ranked. I was so excited for it ... and then it kinda sucked and i was really disappointed. After that, i only played it whenever i really felt like it and nowadays i log in mostly for events to get the seasonal loot. And if i play to long duringthose events, i just kinda start remembering why i stopped playing it in the first place ... also probably doesn't help that's i'm the worst OW player in the world, i guess :D But yeah, Overwatch is the kind of game i really want to play without end but if i play it, i really start hating it and myself for playing it. (Blizzard tends to have that effect on me, which is why i quite WoW last year, too)

Damn it girl I know it's not healthy of me to think this way of her considering what she does for a living but damn those eyes that hair and those red bright lips man I w-waa-aa-ant one soooooo ba-a-aaaaaaaaaad *crying*
Her primary weapon is not a shotgun, it is a semi-automatic, lever-action rifle. Her secondary gun is a coach gun (short, double-barreled shotgun).
Regarding her skins, they showed some concept art for some of her legendary skins during the Overwatch panel. She has a mobster and a safari skin (same vein as Winston's safari skin), and they look awesome. And yes, B.O.B. (stands for Big Omnic Butler [he is her butler, watch her Origin Story video] or Big Omnic Bodyguard, the devs mentioned both) gets a skin that corresponds to hers. He basically acts as the 7th member of your team when summoned. He lasts for 10 seconds, has 1200hp and can contest objectives, be healed, cced, bubbled and nanoed. He charges wherever you're aiming, knocks any enemy he hits (and any of their teammates within range) up into the air and then shoots at them. Oh, and her dynamite is her E ability (Coach Gun is LShift), it either goes off after a short time, or you can shoot it (for a bigger aoe) to detonate it earlier, and it does initial damage and then has a damage-over-time burn. Last thing, her reload for her primary fire, it is one bullet at time, but that means, you can interrupt the reload to start firing without waiting for the entire reload to finish, then reload again when needed.
Echo is a future hero. Jeff said that she's not quite ready yet. He also mentioned during a stream, that they already have six heroes in development.
Just fyi semi-automatic and lever action are two different things. A semi-automatic uses the gas from firing a round to load the next round in the same way an automatic weapon does. What makes it 'semi'-automatic is that it's designed so you have to pull the trigger every round. A lever action uses just that, a lever, to chamber the next round.

I love that they actually put the tumble weed and eagle noise that come from his high noon ult into the short.

You asked what did bob stand for in your vid. The official acronym B.O.B. is Big Omnic Butler/Bodyguard. Also the base gun she uses looks like a old western Winchester Rifle (nearest I could find was the 1876 Winchester Rifle) which she can either hip fire for rapid fire or look down the sights for more power but she has to reload after each shot. Her shift is the dynamite that either ticks down to the explosion or she can shoot to detonate earlier. Her "E" is the sawed of shotgun that does knock-back or propels her. And of course her ult summons B.O.B. to knock enemies up in the air, after which he shoots at the first enemy he hits.
The name of the song at the start of the animated short is called The Pale Rider by The Heavy Horses

There's also some rifling in the barrel, but that's easy to miss.

AIs don't have to be in one place, there's no reason the software can't exist elsewhere. I thought the robot was Athena cause of the logo and the fact that I've never seen another robotic female in the Overwatch universe.

it is kinda stupid with a long ranged shotgun, everyone knows the shots in a shotgun spreads, so maybe not even one part should hit on long range, or maybe for 10 ingame damage :)
That's not a shotgun. But even shotguns in real life can be used at longer range with slugs
