Omg! I’m so glad someone else loves Anduin as a character as much as me!! Also Anduin is so pretty!!! But also you can see the bags under his eyes in the first shots, it is awesome and so sad.

5 years later he's still crying, in The War Within cinematic.
Anduin is a wise king. He realizes that if they keep going like they are the war won't end until one side is no more. With Saurfang he is taking a different option. Saurfang is the leader the Horde should have had all along and needs now if it is to survive. He can restore the Hordes honor and bring the war to an end. At least I believe Anduin is hoping that will happen by releasing him.
Anduin is not Karl from the walking dead; he's a leader who spent more time alone than with his father.. so he's grown into his own man. He is not the same kind of leader as his high military father was - but I suspect, as long as Blizzard doesn't get in the way, he will develop into a strong leader. For Azeroth!!
doorran Anduin wasn’t always around his father, but he always had role models to look up to, and I like to think that includes you as a player after all those quests in previous expansions escorting him as a young boy around Stormwind, indeed Varian gives one of these quests with you in mind specifically as a mentor for Anduin.
That shot of a pure CGI scene of Stormwind harbor was amazing. It looked as if it was from the movie.
I also like BFA and am still thrilled to see Kul Tiras and Jaina's family in the game.
When this was live at Blizzcon, and when Saurfang said he wanted his horde back... the whole floor...Alliance and Horde players....erupted in cheer....1000s of people...It was an amazing thing.
What was better thing though was reaction to Warcraft III: Reforged...that gives me hope there still are enough people out there that would welcome Warcraft IV, to welcome Warcraft back in RTS format and not just say that "I couldnt care less about RTS games, all we need is WoW".

Anduin is the exact opposite of Arthas
I am primarily alliance and I love our new king but I also play horde and have immense respect for all the tribal leaders, I love the new expansion, wow rules!
Compassion... Both are feeling that emotion yet they can't even say it... while you have a Warchief who's literally mocking death itself. The Saurfang cinematics have been incredible so far and having both leaders (Saurfang IS my Warchief) represent something more symbolic than anything with Varian, Thrall or Sylvanas.
The Saurfang cinematics are the shit, I guess Blizzard realised he really brings heart to the fanbase, it feels like wow has gone on forever and so his weariness for conflict really resonates.
I can't the "tears", I just see the light catching in his already bright eyes.
Some of the best character development in the past few years.
Genn seeing not all undead as monsters. Anduin coming into his own as a leader. Jaina finding her balance between protecting what she loves and still being peaceful. Saurfang choosing between loyalty and honor for the Horde. Sylvanas committing to being a harbinger of death and destroying all hope, instead of clinging to any sense of hope.
You should watch the mocap studio video. It emphasizes the mocap actor for Anduin, and he is a sweet Angel boy irl.

There was a second cinematic for wow, Terror of Darkshore, you should react to that one as well.
ive only started my warcraft journey last year and i have not been so immersed in a video game's lore as much as I have in warcraft.
Lucky for you Warcraft III is now getting remastered (that is If you didnt play it yet) that was pinnacle of Warcrafts lore. In WoW.....well lets just say this as "nicely" as possible, I have had love&hate relationship with it....and More often than note it has fallen towards the latter. Lets just say that I wouldnt mind at all If Warcraft IV one Day would throw everything that has happened in WoW to trash bin and instead go entirely to different, alternative timeline. In fact thats My hope and hope of many other Warcraft RTS fan. What you might or might not have learned yet, IS that Warcraft fandom in many ways is divided between those who only care about WoW and are not interested in anything that became before it, while many RTS fans feel much the same way about WoW....
Ofc there are also those who like both, but to me Its pretty clear that in order for WoW and possible Warcraft IV to ever co-exist, Warcraft IV MUST go different Time/storyline that doesnt have to follow events of WoW. Any other solution for me and most other Warcraft RTS fans would be unacceptable

Blizzard never ceases to amaze me, their cinematics are totally fantastic, love the new models, saurfang-what I want is my horde back-my blood elves, if given a choice as was rumored, that orc is the perfect example of the honorable orc warrior, proud, glorious and above all, honorable, the dark lady is leading the horde on a dark path, I understand her strategy.....scorched earth......but Sylvanas and Jaina are both strong female leads, I so hope there is redemption for them both, please blizzard, do not kill them! As for my horde choice for leadership, saurfang all the way.

Varok Saurfang, a veteran of "all" wars, lost his son in Northrend. He has shown more good in the Horde than possibly any other character over the last 5 years of writing except Vol'jin, deceased leader of the Darkspear Trolls and ex-Warchief.

most of the orc just look very similar to me, so sometimes im a bit confuse which one of the character he is
Where is the fecking Thrall??? i don't understand how he can let these things happen?? Blizzard really disappoints me with Thrall role in Warcraft universe.... True Thrall would have never let the bitch destroys real Horde!
It's so weird, and hard for me to say. But, the story in-game is utter garbage. It's like they didn't even care about what they were writing. But how they write it for the big cinematics like this, (aside from the Thrall one. Like, wtf even was that?) is so much better, and makes me want to play the game.
