    For someone trying to break into the industry does it help to have these foundational certificates or having knowledge on them (like CZcams training) enough?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  Před 2 lety

      We do see value in certification since it creates trust in recruiter about candidates commitment towards learning and growth.

    Can one do Safe Scrum Master without doing Safe Agilist? Does the course for Safe SM includes everything of Safe Agilist?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  Před 2 lety +1

      The SAFe Scrum Master is more focused on explaining the role of Scrum Master in SAFe whereas Leading SAFe is more like a detailed overview of SAFe, The SAFe SM will be limiting the focus in SAFe SM Role. Yes one can do SAFe SM directly but its good idea to learn about SAFe in advance. If you have good understanding of Scrum and want to focus more on SM program, may also consider doing SAFe Advance Scrum Master. One can do that directly as well.

    Sounds like scrum of scrums. Not sure though.

    Difference is plain and simple, one is a scam and other is a scaled version of the scam. Both basically trying to milk the agile aspects and sell mediocre certifications.
